Encore Tower is a 44 storey condominium located in downtown Edmonton on the intersection of 103rd Street and 102nd Avenue.

Due to the relatively small site, a slender tower with a cruciform floor plan takes advantage of the permitted density while reducing building mass and augmenting access to views and natural light. Significant extent of glazing will provide expansive views in each direction. The top levels of the tower step back to allow for penthouse terraces. The tower podium is anchored on the corner by a prominent three storey lobby space for the residential tower, and includes street-facing commercial spaces along 103rd Street and 102nd Avenue.
